These no-bake protein balls take only a few minutes to put together and will provide you with a high energy snack any time. They are incredibly easy to make and are perfect for on-the-go.

Cake Batter Balls

These have become one of my most favorite protein balls. I love the authentic cake flavor that tastes indulgent yet is actually a healthy alternative. And you can't skip the sprinkles... it's the most important part! It also makes them super fun and colorful!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter

  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup

  • 1tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • sprinkles for rolling

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, blend together almond butter, maple syrup and vanilla.

  2. Once combined, add the almond flour. It should look like a crumbly dough, but once pressed together it holds.

  3. Roll into balls and dip in sprinkles.

  4. Store in the fridge.

Makes around 8-10 balls

Trail-Mix Protein Balls

The protein balls here are more of a classic peanut butter-chocolate chip ball. They are packed with delicious ingredients and lots of nutritious superfoods that will give you that energy needed throughout the day. They also make for a great pre or post-workout snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup oats

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 2 Tbsp. flax seeds or ground flax (optional but adds nutrients)

  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds

  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

  • 1/4 cup coconut shreds

  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips (mini chips are good)

Instructions

  1. In a food processor or blender, add the peanut butter, honey, almond flour, flax, and only a cup of the oats. Blend until combined.

  2. Pour that mixture into a medium bowl and add the rest of the oats (1/2 cup), cranberries, coconut, chia seeds, and chocolate chips and stir by hand until a dough forms.

  3. Roll into balls. Note: if dough seems too soft, chill in the fridge for 20 minutes

Makes around 10-12 balls

Brownie Protein Bites

These yummy bites taste more like a dessert treat than a healthy snack. Mine are so dark because I used dark cocoa powder instead of regular. But either work perfect and taste the same.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sunbutter or cashew butter

  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup

  • 1/4 cup cocoa

  • 1 Tbsp. coconut flour or oat flour

  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl combine sunbutter and maple syrup.

  2. Add cocoa and coconut flour and stir until a stiff dough forms. Note: you might need to use your hands to form the dough together.

  3. Add the chocolate chips and roll into balls.

Makes around 10-12 balls

I hope you enjoy!! Let me know what your favorite flavor is!

With love,
